Last year, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) secured a legal order against the company meaning that it has to tell purchasers of tickets which seat in a venue they will get, and if there is a risk that they might be turned away at the door of an event, amongst other things.
The court order came after MSE founder Martin Lewis urged concert-goers not to use Viagogo, following many complaints from our users.
And the CMA says it has now raised its concerns with the secondary ticket seller and expects it to make any necessary changes without delay. It says that if it does not, the CMA will return to court to ensure it does.
