Horizon stopped taking new business on 31 December 2016 and all live policies expired on or before 31 December 2017. While the firm is authorised by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC), it also operated in the UK. This means some customers based in the UK may have had a policy with the firm and may have an outstanding claim.
